Where is my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 days for in stock items and within 28 days for out of stock items however delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that large orders may be despatched separately.
If you have not received your order within the above time-scale please leave 7 days before contacting our team to investigate the non-arrival.
When ordering Made to Order products, each item will have its own lead-time. When ordering several Made to Order items please note that the estimated date for delivery will be that latest date for all items ordered. Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a suitable date for the arrival of your order, subject to availability.

What are my rights under the distance selling regulations?
Informing us, within 7 Days commencing from the day after receipt of the products that you wish to return them, may return items purchased exclusively via 'Distance Communication'.
